Associate Attorney


Katherine Hall is excited to work with small businesses and start up companies. She is particularly interested in working with healthcare providers to help her clients navigate complex healthcare laws.

Katherine uses her diverse legal experience and her undergraduate background in journalism to provide effective and detailed-oriented counsel to her clients. Katherine has experience reviewing corporate contracts and employment agreements, drafting private placement memorandums, and researching complicated legal matters.

Katherine graduated from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University. As a student, Katherine took courses in business law, intellectual property, and employment law. She also served as the executive editor of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality. In her role as editor, Katherine assisted in the publication of numerous academic articles focused on current social justice issues.
Her professional experience includes working an attorney for The Blake Horwitz Law Firm and as a volunteer attorney for Cabrini Green Legal Aid. During law school, Katherine interned for two state trial court judges, a county prosecutor’s office, and the appeals division of a state attorney general’s office.
